A maternity session offers time to pause, appreciate your changing body and preserve a memory of your pregnancy. A growing bump, a partner’s hand, a shared smile: these simple gestures already tell a story. I focus on your personality and the way you experience this time of waiting.
You do not need to know how to pose. I offer gentle guidance to help you feel comfortable and let your connection show. We can combine individual maternity portraits, photographs with your partner and moments with your older children. Siblings have their own place in the story of your growing family.
Before the session, we discuss the atmosphere you would like, the location and your clothes. A flowing dress, a favourite outfit or a meaningful accessory can all be part of the photographs. What matters most is feeling at ease and being yourself in front of the camera.
After birth, life finds a new rhythm. A newborn session captures your baby nestled in your arms, tiny feet, expressions and those first gestures that quickly become familiar. Newborn portraits also tell the story of the relationships surrounding your baby.
I favour natural moments and family interaction. A parent’s gaze, a cuddle with a sibling, a newborn’s hand wrapped around a finger: these details tell the story of your first days together. As your child grows, the photographs will offer a glimpse of their beginnings and the tenderness with which they were welcomed.
We plan the session around your comfort and your baby’s needs. Feeding, changing and settling breaks are part of our time together. Your presence and your arms remain at the heart of the session; you can share your wishes and limits at any time.

You can get in touch during pregnancy so we can discuss availability. Together, we choose a time when your bump is showing and you feel comfortable. The timing depends on your circumstances, wishes and comfort, rather than applying the same schedule to every expectant mother.
Contact me before or after your baby arrives so we can plan a suitable session. The first days and the following weeks offer different memories. We choose a date that suits your availability and your family’s rhythm. If your baby is already older, we can still tell the story of this chapter through family portraits.
Your partner, siblings and the connection you share as a family can all have a place. Tell me who you would like in the photographs so we can plan a mix of individual portraits and moments together, keeping a relaxed atmosphere for the children.
Choose comfortable clothes you feel yourself in, with colours that work together. You can bring a baby outfit, a favourite toy or a meaningful object. No particular accessory is essential. We discuss this before the session to keep the photographs personal and coherent.
