On 20 June 2026, Elena and Alex said their vows at Château Formont. The heat was intense, but a ceremony beneath the park’s mature trees and thoughtful organisation by their wedding planner Only You by Gloubikept the celebration flowing. White and green details, golden evening light and guests delighted to be together: here is their story in photographs.

The day was covered by two photographers and two videographers, working as a team from the first preparations to the final dances.

Château Formont

A setting worthy of the celebration: pale stone walls, tree-lined grounds and light that changes throughout the day. An elegant, timeless backdrop for their photographs.

Getting ready

Two different rooms, the same anticipation. The men laugh as they straighten their ties and raise a glass with friends; the women help one another fasten a dress, adjust a veil and put on an earring.

The ceremony

In the garden, light filtered through the leaves, sheltered from the heat. Wooden fans engraved with the couple’s names were given to guests: a lovely keepsake, and particularly welcome that day.

Drinks & reception

Guests caught up over delicious food in the château courtyard, decorated in white and green. Every detail, from the charcuterie board to the small floral touches on the tables, had been planned with the wedding planner for an atmosphere that was both elegant and relaxed.

Reception games

The bouquet ribbon game brought everyone together. Seen from above, the arrangement was almost as beautiful as the bouquet itself.

Golden hour

This is the brief window of light I describe in my article about golden hour (article in French) : just before sunset, everything becomes warmer, softer and more cinematic. A quiet interlude away from the guests, photographed from the ground and by drone for warm, contrasting colours.

The evening

Strings of lights, first dances and a relaxed atmosphere late into the night: the party took over where daylight ended.
